Then we’ll send you a measuring guide so your dimensions and photographs come back in a form we can design from.

A scheme board with the palette, the fabrics, the key pieces, and how they sit together. Enough for you to feel the room before a penny is spent.

Scheme

We’ll give you enough detail to implement the design yourself. A scaled furniture plan so you know what fits, paint colours named by finish and brand, lighting positions, plus a visual of the room so you can actually see the final space. One round of revisions is included.

Handover pack

Every item listed with the price, the supplier, and a link in the order we’d buy them. Where we hold a trade account, we’ll pass our discount onto you. Fitting notes for your decorator and electrician are included in the same report.

We don’t order anything, chase a delivery, or stand in your hallway while the sofa is carried in. The buying and the installing are yours, and the price of this service reflects that.

We work from your measurements. If they’re wrong, the plan is wrong. Our measuring guide is short and worth following carefully.

And if the room needs walls moved, wiring rerouted, or joinery designed, this isn’t the right service. Spatial Planning, Bespoke Joinery, or a full commission is, and we’ll say so before you pay.

Questions, answered

Tell us your figure at the brief stage and we design to it. No minimum.
We’ll be honest early if it won’t stretch to what you’ve described. In the meantime, we’ll suggest what to do first and what to leave for next year.
Email us and we’ll find the nearest thing that holds the scheme together, free of charge for three months after handover.
It happens often enough that we plan for it.
All you need is a tape measure and twenty careful minutes. Our guide will tell you exactly which dimensions we need and where to take photographs.
We’ll check everything before we start drawing.
Simply tell us what you want to keep! Designing around a few fixed pieces is normal (and usually makes the room feel more lived-in).
Yes, and half the E-Design fee comes off it within six months. Some clients try one room this way to see how we work before handing over the rest of the house.
