We offer project coordination, not main contracting. We don’t manage third-party contractors directly or hold their contracts. Instead, we’ll liaise with them constantly to make sure what happens on site matches the plan.

As a full-service studio, we handle sourcing and procurement ourselves. Your ideas are always welcome, but the orders, supplier coordination, and installation stay with us, allowing us to put our supplier relationships to work for you.

We are not architects. Where a project needs planning permission or structural design, we work alongside yours or introduce you to one we trust.

The earlier the better! We can start while you’re still in the planning process. If you’re working with architects, we can input on spatial design so everything flows before the drawings are fixed.
It depends entirely on scale and scope. We give you a clear outline in the early stages so you know what to expect, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the project, including when something slips (which, on a building site, it occasionally will).
As a full-service studio, we manage sourcing and procurement to keep quality, consistency, and delivery under one roof. We’re always happy to take your ideas on board, but we’ll handle the orders, supplier coordination, and installation.
We offer project coordination, which means making sure the design is delivered as intended through trusted suppliers and specialists.

Yes, absolutely! We’re happy to collaborate with your chosen team. If you don’t have one yet, we can suggest trusted contacts we’ve worked with before, chosen for the project rather than the postcode.
We work across the UK and beyond, with recent projects based in London and Essex.
If you’re planning something further afield (a holiday or second home), we’d love to hear about it.
We also offer a range of remote services. Location shouldn’t limit your design potential.
Nope! Plenty of full projects are two or three rooms done properly.
If it is genuinely one room, or you would rather buy and install yourself, our E-Design service is the better value (and we’ll tell you so rather than sell you on this full service).
